Where are you located?

We are located in Florida and our products ship from here

When will I receive my order?

Everything we sell is made to order. We strive to ship everything within a few business days. Typically this is within 3-7 business days, but depending on how busy we are, it could take up to 10 business days.

Can I modify an item?

We commonly receive requests to make a ponytail hat non ponytail, or a mesh hat non mesh. If you ask for anything other than what you see online, it may alter in color because it's no longer the same item. If you wish to see it before you order, please contact us and we can provide a picture. Please keep in mind we receive many of these requests, so if you're ordering based off of our reply to someone else on Facebook, it doesn't apply to your order.
